3. Products

Jacqos offers a wide range of electronics and accessories, such as cables, power banks, external hard drives, SD cards, cases and other related products. We do our best to describe products accurately and provide clear images. Please note that slight variations in color and specifications are possible.

4. Prices

All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is always free! Prices can be changed at any time without prior notice.

5. Orders and Payments

  • Ordering process : After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance.
  • Payment methods : Jacqos accepts the following payment methods: Ideal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Bancontact (Belgium ), shop pay and American Express.
  • Confirmation : The agreement is concluded at the moment you receive an order confirmation from us.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery time : If you order before 17:00, we will ship it the same day. This does depend on the product you ordered. For custom products, the delivery time may be a bit longer! We strive to deliver orders within 7 working days. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the availability of the products.
  • Shipping costs : Shipping costs are always included in the price, so you will never have to pay extra for them!
  • Delays : Jacqos is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.

7. Returns and Cancellations

  • Right of withdrawal : You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
  • Return Policy : Products must be returned undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Some products, such as opened or used items, may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds : Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

8. Warranty and Complaints

  • Warranty : We offer a warranty on all our products according to the legal provisions. Specific warranty conditions may vary per product.
  • Complaints : In case of complaints, you can contact our customer service via info@jacqos.com. We aim to handle and resolve complaints within 1 working day.

9. Liability

Jacqos is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use of the products. Liability for direct damage is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the product in question.

11. Applicable Law

These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
